By using Signals.to ("Signals", "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
Signals is a SaaS platform that aggregates customer activity from third-party platforms into a unified timeline. We provide the software; you provide the integrations and data.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be 18 or older to use the Service
- One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API endpoints
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import data from your connected integrations into Signals.
Payment and Billing
- Free trials last 14 days with no credit card required
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
Intellectual Property
Signals and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Signals.to. Your data remains yours.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
