Total setup time: about 3 minutes

The signal was there. It was just in five different tabs.

A failed payment in Stripe. An email waiting six days in Gmail. A no-show on the calendar. A deal going stale in the CRM. Each one looks small on its own. Together they're a customer about to leave. The cost isn't the tab-switching. It's what you never see.

One profile per customer. Every inbox, alias and CRM contact, merged into one profile.

The account’s state at a glance. MRR, subscription and engagement, computed from events and always current.

Complete from day one. Connect a tool and months of past history flow in, so profiles are full from the start.

Questions you can finally answer

These come prebuilt. One click, and the answer is a live customer list, not a spreadsheet exercise.

Who needs a reply?
Who’s about to churn?
Who’s ready for an upsell?
Who haven’t we talked to lately?
Whose payment is past due?
Whose card is about to expire?
Which trials ended without converting?
Who are our highest-value accounts?
Who’s gone quiet after a busy start?

…or build your own

Every question above is a saved query. When you need something more specific, combine billing facts, email activity, meetings and deal events in a single query.

This one finds high-value accounts going quiet before renewal: active subscriptions over $500 MRR with no email in three weeks and fewer than two meetings this quarter.

The difference is your morning.

Same customers, same tools. One of these routines misses things.

Before Signals
  • 1.Open Stripe and scan for failures
  • 2.Search Gmail for threads you might have missed
  • 3.Check CRM notes for anything stale
  • 4.Look at the calendar for no-shows
  • 5.Guess who actually matters today

~40 minutes. Every morning. Still guessing.

After Signals
  • ✓One ranked list of who needs you
  • ✓Every customer’s full timeline in one place
  • ✓A clear reason attached to every signal
  • ✓A suggested next step for each one

2 minutes. Nothing missed.

Built for small B2B teams

…who manage customers across too many tools. Same list, different wins. Here's how each seat uses it.

FoundersA two-person SaaS, heads-down shipping all week
The signal

Jax Ltd went quiet: card failed twice, no reply in 6 days, $2,400/yr on the line.

The move

Monday’s list put them on top. One check-in email with a payment link, sent before standup.

The result

$2,400/yr account saved

SalesA sales lead juggling 40 open threads
The signal

Osprey Digital visited pricing 3× in one week, and no meeting was on the calendar.

The move

Called while the interest was warm instead of two weeks later. Demo booked the same day.

The result

Deal closed in 9 days

Customer SuccessOne CS manager covering 200 accounts
The signal

Meridian’s sessions dropped 80% with the renewal six weeks out, and nobody had noticed.

The move

Booked a win-back call weeks before the renewal conversation would have surfaced it.

The result

Churn caught 3 weeks early

Built for sensitive customer data

You're connecting your inbox and your billing, so we designed the architecture around one principle:

A database breach will never reveal who your customers are.

Customer identities are encrypted

Customer emails, names and OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database. If the database is ever breached, an attacker sees ciphertext, not a customer list.

Per-tenant encryption

Each workspace is encrypted with its own key, held separately in AWS Secrets Manager. Compromising one tenant’s key exposes nothing about any other workspace.

Email content is never stored

Email bodies and attachments never touch our servers. We store only metadata such as subject, timestamp and recipient count, unless you explicitly enable more.

Read-only access to your tools

Signals never sends email, charges cards or edits CRM records. Every integration can be disconnected with one click from settings.

Permanent deletion

Deleting a customer removes every event and fact in a single atomic transaction, and a blocklist prevents the data from being re-ingested. GDPR and CCPA data rights are supported.

Isolated infrastructure

TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest on AWS RDS, and a database in an isolated VPC. No third-party analytics run inside the app.

Questions before you connect anything

The things teams ask before plugging in their inbox and billing.

Teams stopped guessing

Small teams, the same five tools, and the signals they were missing.

“We caught two churns in the first week that we would have missed completely. A failed card and a six-day-old email, both sitting in tabs nobody had open. The Monday list is the first thing I check now.”
SKSarah KesslerCo-founder, Driftwatch
“I used to keep a spreadsheet of who to chase and it was always out of date. Signals just tells me, with the reason attached, so I don’t open five tools to double-check before every call.”
MRMarcus ReidHead of Sales, Ledgerline
“Setup was genuinely about five minutes: OAuth and done. A week later it flagged an account whose sessions had dropped 80% while their renewal sat idle in the CRM. We saved a $6k/year customer.”
